Dear brothers and sisters,
I hope you are having a wonderful day.

I am addressing this email to brothers and sisters that I know / I think like to play songs with and for the Sangha. 

I would like to share with you / gift you :

A song book compilation of 100 songs, sorted alphabetically.   

Five books:

• Lyrics
• Chord symbols
• Guitar tabs
• Ukulele tabs 
• Functional harmony

At the end of this email you can see & download the files.

Each book has exactly the same songs, one song per page, so each of them is exactly 105 pages.

Work well as print- out as well as on- screen (in that case you can use „Bookmarks“- function / „Lesezeichen“ to navigate quickly) .

 I am aware there are probably quite a few errors in there, while for some pieces I had to choose one version over another…

How did I get the idea to make this / Read about my process of making this thing: 

·        wanted visually clean chords charts – easy to read 

·         wanted  chords in Functional harmony   ( 1 , 2m, 3m , 4 , 5 , 6m, 7mb5* etc.)   
[ Here is why: when playing for and with the community we  tend to switch keys frequently…. Furthermore since last year I have been playing on a baritone guitar which has a different tuning, which is still a learning process for me in terms of telling the key that i am playing in. ]

·   =>      I then realized this could be expanded to something maybe helpful for brothers and sisters.

 I made the charts with the help of a program called iReal Pro. This program is pretty simple and straightforward in writing and transposing chords as well as showing them in different ways such as chord symbols, guitar tabs, ukulele tabs and functional harmony. The program costs around 22€  (google play store or apple). If you choose to buy  it you can use the sixth file in attachment – a copy of what you see in the PDFs.

Maybe in two years or so I will send out another file with corrections and additions…
